Quinn and Trevor with Marin Mobile Detailing are great! We had a little emergency situation on the evening of Aug. 12. I reached out to several detailing services in the area, but Quinn was the only contact to answer the phone. I explained the situation, and he immediately booked an appt for the following morning. He was very professional and seemed genuinely interested to help. The next morning his colleague, Trevor,  arrived on time and got to work. He was meticulous, professional and very helpful when I would ask questions. This company has the technology and products to clean the car thoroughly, and Trevor did a fantastic job.  The car looked and smelled very cleaned. The whole experience prompted me to call on them again when we had a second car to clean. They also did a great job on this car.  We will continue to work with Marin Mobile Detailing moving forward. As a matter of fact, I have scheduled recurring services with them. Quinn was professional, communicative, on time, and stayed until the job was 100% complete. I opted for the ceramic coating as well (new truck) and he did a follow-up trip to my office two days later to inspect his own work and ensure that everything was perfect. Overall, he did a phenomenal job, the detailing was top notch, and I'll use him monthly from now on to do my detailing and washing. Quinn was such a great communicator from the moment I got in touch; he was kind, helpful, professional, honest and clearly knew his stuff. The whole process was so easy- I texted him a picture of the damage to my car, he gave me a very reasonable quote, we booked an appointment and two days later, my car was back in mint condition, even nicely washed and polished with no add-on fees. Quinn showed up on time and worked efficiently, with great attention to detail. Not only does he do a superb detailing job- his customer service is exceptional. Quinn was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. I had an unexpected issue with my car, and he went above and beyond by rearranging his schedule to come out first thing the next morning to help me. His attention to detail and commitment to outstanding customer service were evident throughout the entire experience. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes such pride in their work. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and highly skilled mobile detailer, I can't recommend Quinn and his company enough. They exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be using them again.
